I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious for three people, nicely decorated with stylish furnishings. The service was very welcoming and friendly, though I had an issue with an additional charge upon check-in that was not resolved. The location was excellent, close to shopping areas and with exceptional staff. The dining experience was mediocre with some good muffins, and the facilities were decent.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and close to everything we needed. The staff was nice, and the breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. However, changing our own sheets was a downside along with a bit of dirtiness in the hotel.
